Yachats Vacation Rental Policies

1. Smoking and all forms of tobacco products are prohibited at all times anywhere on the Jama Cabin property.
2. The use of illicit drugs is prohibited at all times anywhere on the Jama Cabin property.
3. Check in time is 3:00 p.m. Check out time is 12:00 p.m. If you need an earlier arrival time or later departure time, we are happy to accommodate you whenever possible.
4. The responsible party must be at least 25 years of age.  This person is responsible for payment of all fees and damages.
5. Please be respectful of our neighbors.  No loud noises or rowdy behavior.  Quiet hours between 10:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m.
6. No parking for motorhomes, trailers, or 5th wheel vehicles.
7. Do not light candles on the premises. 

'Jama Cabin Expectations

• Enjoy your stay.
• Clean up after yourselves. 
• Clean your dirty dishes and put them away.
• Vacuum, sweep, and/or mop if you have made a mess.  The cleaning tools are located in the upstairs storage room.
• Put trash into the garbage container located in the downstairs storage room.
• The Jama Cabin is on a septic system.  Please do not dispose of any grease, fats, plastics, toxins, or non-biodegradable materials down the plumbing system.  Wipe greasy pots and pans with a paper towel and put the paper towel into the trash.
• Place recyclable materials into the recycling container under the kitchen sink or the larger box in the downstairs storage room.
• Upon your departure turn off all interior lights.  Set thermostats to 50 degrees. Close and lock all exterior doors and windows. 
• Remove all of your food from the refrigerator and the freezer.
• Sign the guest book.
